Around the narrowest part of your torso.
Where you fit your jeans.
Measuring from the little bone that protrudes at the tip of the shoulder (back).
Take the next measurements from your shoulder, right in the beginning of your neck, where stands the seam of your t-shirt!
The distance between the neck and the shoulder tip.
From your shoulder seam to the waist (right where you tied the ribbon, where your torso is the narrowest).
From the same point in your shoulder seam to where you fit your belt.
From the same point in your shoulder seam to the waist, measuring all through your back.
From the tip of your shoulder, all the way along your flexed arm, to the wrist, or where you want your sleeve to fit (consider your DH gloves!)
Straight sleeve length (do not flex it).
From the inside of the elbow to the wrist.
Contour of the biceps in its widest part, contracting the muscle.
Wrist contour
Contour of the widest part of the forearm, contracting the muscle (making a fist).
Contour of the widest part of thigh, 10 cm. below the crotch approx.
Measure from that same point in your thigh to the ribbon on your waist.
The sum of the measures Waist to Knee and Knee to Ankle must result in the same number that is entered in this measure.
Measure your leg length by its outter side, from the waist (bellybutton height) to the ankle.
Distance between your waist and knee at its midpoint.
Holding your leg straight, measure your knee contour around its midpoint.
Measure the contour of both calves at their widest part (both calfs, right and left).
Measure the contour just above the ankle bone.
Measure the contour of your hips by their widest point (including the BUTT).
Measure the distance between the waistline and the hip line.
From the seam of your jeans in the crotch (well fitted up) all the way down to the ankle, by the inside part of the leg.
From the seam of your jeans in the crotch, all the way down to the midpoint of your knee.
From the midpoint of the knee to the ankle, by the inside of the leg.
From the seam of your jeans in the crotch, right at the junction of both two legs, up by the front to the waist.
From the seam of your jeans in the crotch, right at the junction of the two legs, up to the waist.
You should measure your crotch from its midpoint... right there!
Measuring from the waist (ribbon line), passing between the legs along the seam of your jeans to the center of the waist in the back.
Full measure that goes from the base of your neck (front) to the bellybutton, passing between your legs to the waist line on your back, and from there to the protuding vertebra of your neck (again, in your back).
Important! Measure from the waist up to the neckline, to the point where you should zip up your suit. (So it won‘t bother you when you bend over)
While sitting down, measure the contour of your flexed knee.
Measure up along your spine from the beltline to the vertebra that protudes on your neck.
The joint of arm with body, around the armpit.
Around the elbow, with the arm slightly flexed.
Attach a full-body picture of you for reference (preferably wearing tights and undershirt).
